Establish the scope, define the matter requiring attention, determine the relevant level, discipline, or area of inquiry, and establish the outcome the engagement is intended to achieve.

Investigate the relevant evidence, conditions, functions, relationships, requirements, and constraints necessary to determine what is materially influencing the matter and what the available evidence supports.

Engineer the Roadmap
Develop the recommendations, direction, actions, or work required to advance the engagement, aligned with its objectives, operating realities, applicable constraints, available resources, and execution requirements.

Deploy, Stabilize & Exit
Support execution to the extent required by the engagement, establish appropriate ownership or continuity, evaluate whether the intended outcome or completion conditions have been achieved, and conclude TJEG's involvement when the established exit conditions have been satisfied.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARD
TJEG does not substitute assumptions, unsupported conclusions, or predetermined solutions for professional examination of the matter.
The methods used must be appropriate to the engagement. Established frameworks, professional practices, analytical methods, technical principles, and other structured approaches may provide substantial value when they are applicable, but they do not replace the responsibility to understand the actual conditions governing the work.
TJEG develops conclusions, recommendations, findings, technical direction, publications, resources, and other professional outputs only to the extent supported by the available evidence, applicable requirements, operating conditions, and professional judgment.
The work must also be appropriate to its intended use. A recommendation that cannot be implemented under the organization's actual conditions is incomplete. A technical proposition that conflicts with applicable physical constraints is not made viable by presentation. A research conclusion cannot extend beyond the evidence supporting it. A publication should clearly distinguish established knowledge, analysis, interpretation, uncertainty, and unresolved inquiry where those distinctions are material.
TJEG's responsibility is not simply to produce work. It is to produce work that can withstand professional examination and serve the purpose for which the engagement was undertaken.
