Implementation responsibility remains with the client unless implementation support is expressly included in the applicable contract or work order.
TJEG does not guarantee specific operational, financial, regulatory, or commercial outcomes. Results depend upon client implementation, leadership decisions, workforce participation, available resources, market conditions, and other factors outside TJEG’s control.

Define the engagement before beginning the investigation.
Define the problem before proposing the solution.
