Implementation responsibility remains with the client unless implementation support is expressly included in the applicable contract or work order. 

TJEG does not guarantee specific operational, financial, regulatory, or commercial outcomes. Results depend upon client implementation, leadership decisions, workforce participation, available resources, market conditions, and other factors outside TJEG’s control.

  • Define the problem before proposing the solution.  

  • Verify conditions before making recommendations.  

  • Distinguish symptoms from governing causes.  

  • Validate governing causes before corrective action.  

  • Prioritize actions according to measurable organizational impact.  

  • Develop recommendations that reflect operational realities, constraints, resources, and implementation capability.  

  • State when the available evidence is insufficient to support a recommendation.  

 

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES 

TJEG provides business consulting, applied research, training, publications, management decision support, and implementation-support services. 

TJEG may review operational, technical, environmental, financial, regulatory, or contractual information as an input to management-level analysis. Such review does not constitute a regulated professional service. 

TJEG does not independently provide:
