PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Every procurement follows the procedures established for the applicable acquisition.
TJEG's participation generally follows this sequence:
1. Opportunity Identification
TJEG identifies an applicable federal opportunity through market research, public notices, agency outreach, teaming discussions, subcontract opportunities, or other authorized procurement channels.
2. Opportunity Evaluation
TJEG reviews the solicitation requirements to determine whether the requested work aligns with its capabilities, contractual scope, available resources, and applicable regulations.
3. Communication
When appropriate, TJEG communicates with the contracting officer, authorized acquisition personnel, prime contractor, or other authorized representatives in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures.
4. Proposal or Response
Depending upon the acquisition, TJEG may submit:

5. Contract Performance
If selected, TJEG performs services according to the executed contract, task order, work order, subcontract, or other written agreement governing the engagement.
