The initial review will determine whether the available information is sufficient to proceed or whether additional documents, operating data, clarification, discussion, or other information is necessary.

Once the matter has been sufficiently understood, TJEG will determine the appropriate next step based on the scope, evidence, operating conditions, objectives, and requirements of the matter presented.
What This Review Represents
A diagnostic submission provides TJEG with an initial basis for understanding the matter. It does not, by itself, establish a governing cause, determine that corrective action is required, or constitute acceptance of a consulting engagement.
TJEG evaluates the information available before reaching material conclusions.
Where additional examination is required, the review will identify what must be understood before professional judgment can responsibly be exercised.
The objective is not to produce the fastest answer. It is to determine what the evidence, operating reality, and circumstances of the matter actually support.
Response Timing
TJEG ordinarily completes its initial review of diagnostic submissions within 24 to 48 hours.
If additional information is required, TJEG will identify what is necessary before determining the appropriate course of action.
