FRACTIONAL COO & OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT

Begin the Fractional COO Engagement Process.

Establish the operating leadership requirement before the initial executive discussion.

TJEG uses this engagement form to develop an initial understanding of the organization, current operating leadership structure, operating condition, executive priorities, responsibilities being considered, authority requirements, and results leadership needs to achieve.

Provide the information below based on leadership's current understanding of the requirement. TJEG will review the submission before the initial discussion to prepare for the conversation, identify matters requiring further examination, and determine whether a Fractional COO engagement may be appropriate.

You do not need to define the final COO mandate before beginning.

If the engagement proceeds, operating responsibilities, decision authority, organizational reach, executive reporting relationship, engagement structure, commercial terms, confidentiality requirements, and other applicable conditions will be established before TJEG assumes operating responsibility.
