Work With TJEG
TJEG receives inquiries from organizations, institutions, professionals, prospective collaborators, and service providers seeking different forms of engagement with the firm. Each request must enter through the pathway that reflects the position TJEG is being asked to occupy.
This page directs external parties to the appropriate process before a meeting, demonstration, introduction, or substantive exchange is considered.
Organizations considering engaging TJEG for consulting, research, implementation, executive support, or other professional work should use Contact TJEG.
SELECT THE CORRECT PATHWAY
The substance of the request determines where it belongs.
The description attached to an outreach message does not determine how TJEG classifies it. A request described as a partnership, strategy session, demonstration, consultation, referral, or introductory conversation may place TJEG in materially different professional or commercial positions.
Select the pathway that reflects what you are asking TJEG to consider.
-
Use this pathway when asking TJEG to participate in a defined undertaking in which each party would make a material contribution.
Applicable matters may include joint initiatives, teaming or subcontracting opportunities, referral or capability relationships, public-sector opportunities, institutional undertakings, research or publication initiatives, technology initiatives, or other defined external work.
A collaboration proposal must identify the matter, the proposing party's authority, the contribution each party would make, the role requested of TJEG, the intended result, and the proposed commercial or institutional basis.
-
Use this pathway when asking TJEG to purchase, subscribe to, license, retain, commission, sponsor, or otherwise pay for a product or service.
This classification applies when the interaction is intended to introduce or advance a sale, even if it is described as a free strategy session, assessment, demonstration, consultation, partnership, collaboration, or exploratory discussion.
A vendor proposal must identify the offering, its relevance to TJEG, the proposed scope and price, provider qualifications, delivery requirements, material dependencies, required access, and applicable risk or compliance conditions.
ENGAGE TJEG FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Use Contact TJEG when your organization is considering retaining the firm to address an operational, management, organizational, research, implementation, or executive matter.
THE SUBMISSION STANDARD
A proposal must be understandable without an introductory meeting.
TJEG does not require every contractual or operating term to be resolved before preliminary review. The submission must provide enough information for the firm to understand the proposed relationship independently and determine whether further consideration is justified.
01
IDENTITY AND AUTHORITY
Identify the person and organization making the request, the interest represented, and the authority held in relation to the matter.
02
DEFINED MATTER OR OFFERING
Describe the specific opportunity, relationship, product, service, project, client matter, institutional objective, or other basis for the proposal.
03
RELEVANCE TO TJEG
Explain why TJEG is relevant and why its participation, consideration, or purchase is being requested.
04
CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPECTATIONS
State what the proposing party would contribute and what TJEG is being asked to contribute, purchase, authorize, provide, or evaluate.
05
COMMERCIAL BASIS
Identify applicable compensation, pricing, funding, cost allocation, referral compensation, sponsorship, subcontracting, licensing, shared investment, or other commercial terms.
06
INTENDED RESULT AND TIMING
Describe the result the proposed interaction is intended to produce and identify any material external deadline.
PRELIMINARY REVIEW
TJEG determines whether further consideration is warranted before a meeting is arranged.
-
Submit the proposal through the process that reflects the position you are asking TJEG to occupy.
-
TJEG reviews the requester's identity and authority, the clarity and relevance of the proposal, the proposed commercial structure, execution requirements, potential conflicts, and material risk.
-
If further review is justified, TJEG may request clarification, public supporting material, qualification evidence, compliance information, or other information proportionate to the matter.
-
No substantive work or formal participation begins until the applicable scope, responsibilities, authority, commercial terms, confidentiality requirements, governance, and other necessary conditions have been established.
TJEG does not publish a guaranteed response time for unsolicited external proposals. A submission may be advanced, redirected, held for future consideration, declined, or closed without a meeting.
PRELIMINARY REVIEW BOUNDARIES
Screening is not an engagement.
Preliminary review does not include diagnostic analysis, operational or technical evaluation, strategic analysis, solution development, proposal development, service design, methodological instruction, or disclosure of TJEG proprietary systems, instruments, templates, evaluation criteria, or internal decision structures.
Submission does not establish a client relationship, vendor relationship, partnership, teaming arrangement, referral commitment, affiliation, subcontract, agency, endorsement, exclusivity commitment, or authority to act for TJEG. No outside party may represent TJEG participation, support, affiliation, or endorsement without prior written authorization.
Initial submissions must contain only information the requester is authorized to disclose and that is appropriate for preliminary review. Do not submit protected data, credentials, access keys, source code, trade secrets, export-controlled material, procurement-sensitive information, or other restricted information.
